Syncron’s CEO, Dr. Friedrich Neumeyer, praised O’Neill’s wealth of experience around businesses capitalizing on data and data insights. He emphasized that this expertise would bolster Syncron’s ability to help OEMs understand and monetize data analytics powered by AI, machine learning, and data lakes.

Syncron offers tools that allow manufacturers and distributors to optimize aftermarket profitability, increase customer loyalty, and enable the transition to servitization. The company aligns all aftermarket services with its Connected Service Experience (CSX) cloud platform, aiding companies to distinguish themselves through superior aftermarket experiences and significant revenue growth.
