TLDR
- NZero partners with World Wide Technology to support carbon measurement offerings
- NZero provides real-time data and decarbonization platform for sustainability leaders
NZero has announced a partnership with World Wide Technology (WWT) to offer carbon measurement services to WWT’s data center partners. NZero’s real-time data and decarbonization platform will provide 24/7 carbon emissions tracking and measurement technology to help inform decarbonization strategies and reach regulatory compliance in the buildings sector, particularly data centers. With a focus on GHG inventory accounting across Scopes 1, 2, and 3, NZero’s solution offers automated utility data ingestion to provide granular reporting to comply with laws in different jurisdictions.
WWT clients will benefit from NZero’s reports by gaining a better understanding of their energy mix composition, identifying efficiencies, and developing decarbonization strategies. NZero’s data will help companies meet reporting standards such as SB 253 and SB 261 in California and the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) in Europe. The partnership aims to provide the highest degree of data granularity for operational and capital planning, tax credit leverage, and stakeholder expectations.
NZero’s platform operationalizes the highest level of data granularity to drive better forecasting and retrofitting of decarbonization initiatives. The platform has received national recognition for its impact, including being selected by the Greenhouse Gas Protocol to help develop new Scope 2 reporting standards. WWT, founded in 1990, is a global technology solutions provider with a focus on digital transformation outcomes for large public and private organizations worldwide.
