South Central College (SCC) in Minnesota has announced the launch of a Surgical Technology program in partnership with River’s Edge Hospital in St. Peter. The program will include the construction of a new lab, funded by a donation of over $640,000 from River’s Edge to the SCC Foundation. The lab is expected to be completed in 2026, with funding requested from the state legislature in 2024.
